Today (November 11, 2008) we (Plaintiff) filed with the court our 'Memorandum of Law in Opposition to the Defendant's Motion to Dismiss'. We believe it conclusively argues that the defendant's have no grounds for a motion to dismiss. The defendant's now have another chance to comment on our opposition memo.

After that, we go to court on December 12th at 11:00 AM Eastern to appear before the judge about the defendant's motion to dismiss.
